
After retiring for a few years to support the early years of his son, Paul has joined Blakely Walters Wealth Management to pursue his passion in life – Helping Others! Paul spent the first 20 years of his career managing sales and business operations globally for industrial leaders like Honeywell. After spending a few years coaching and mentoring adults on Life Skills in non-profit environments while he was retired, Paul is looking to combine his love of financial planning and his love of helping others in his wealth management practice.
Paul is a graduate from Loyola Marymount University where he earned both his Bachelors and Masters in Business Administration with a focus in Finance. Paul places a strong emphasis on initial discovery with clients as the key to providing the best possible solutions and results. Paul is certified as a trainer in Franklin Covey’s “Helping Clients Succeed” program and uses these processes to ensure he defines the unique needs of each of his clients before looking to offer solutions. Paul is also Six Sigma certified and has extensive experience helping clients to improve process leading to strong improvements in operational and financial performance. As a fiduciary, Paul takes his responsibility to his client as paramount, and seeks only to provide advice that is in the client’s best interest.
Paul’s priorities in life are the Three F’s – Faith, Family, and Friends. He is active in his church and in other non-profits in Phoenix helping others to develop critical life skills including Identifying Vision and Purpose, Time Management, Financial Planning, and Career Planning. He loves to travel the world and experience new cultures and people. Paul is an avid reader and is active in Bible Study. He feels that the Bible is the foundation to both life and financial success. Paul lives in West Phoenix with his wife Diana, son Nico, mother-in-law Alba, and cat Michi. He loves to dance and have fun with friends…old and new.
