  • Ensure investment accounts are open, funded and in good order
  • Assist advisors and staff in the onboarding process:
    • NEXT Financial Group Inc., investment companies, and Insurance broker for licensing and registration (including additional states)
    • Teaching administrative procedures, computer systems, and broker/dealer procedures and requirements
    • RegEd: OBA and PSA paperwork
  • Office Maintenance
    • Purchasing and contracting repair of office supplies, furniture, and equipment
    • Maintenance of company files (prospect, client, and corporate)
    • Maintain computer network and troubleshoot issues
  • Process all accounts receivable and accounts payable (internal and external)
    • Quarterly expense reporting to contractors of postage and long distance overages
    • Process payments for Planning Grounds meetings, pooled clients’ commissions, and production credit
  • Yearly audit preparation
  • Weekly Activity Log Reports to NEXT Financial Group, Inc.
    • Including purchasing and reporting of gifts for clients of Jim and Sloan
