- Maintain computer network and troubleshoot issues
- Process all accounts receivable and accounts payable (internal and external)
- Quarterly expense reporting to contractors of postage and long distance overages
- Process payments for Planning Grounds meetings, pooled clients’ commissions, and production credit
- Yearly audit preparation
