Account Operations Manager & Office Manager

Michaela first joined the Blakely Walters team back in 2015 as our firms designated scheduler and assisted clients with the onboarding process. Now, Michaela acts as Blakely Walters’ Account Operations Manager as well as its Office Manager. As the Account Operations Manager, she ensures accurate processing of investment and insurance paperwork, organizes client information, and assists advisors by speaking with investment companies to confirm accounts are open and in good order. As Office Manager, Michaela ensures the daily operations at Blakely Walters run smoothly. She also manages administrative staff, payroll and retirement contributions, and ensures compliance with all federal and state securities regulations and insurance mandates.

Michaela completed her Bachelor of Science degree from Arizona State University and worked for Blakely Walters while obtaining her degree.  She returned to the financial industry in 2017, so she could continue pursuing a career with Blakely Walters. Michaela currently holds her Life and Health Insurance license.

Outside of the office, Michaela enjoys camping, hiking, and weekend trips to Payson with her husband and two adorable kids.
